All orders placed before 4.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

During checkout, you will be able to upload a copy of your prescription
– Alternatively, you can email it to orders@mirrorpharma.co.uk, with your order number (shown on your order confirmation email) in the subject.

Original copy must be sent to the pharmacy, if a copy has been sent to our website or email the original prescription needs to be submitted before 72 hours has passed

If you don’t send us your prescription, we won’t be able to dispatch your items.

No, we strictly obide by the rules and regulations put in place by the GPhC and as per regulations all consultations need to be done Face-to-Face by a registered prescriber and a note made on the prescription by the prescriber stating a Face-to-Face consultation was conducted.

Yes, it needs to be a Face-to-Face consultation with the prescriber where the Age (over 18), BMI and past medical history will be checked and assessed. The Age and BMI need to be on the prescription along with the prescriber stating a Face-to-Face consultation has been conducted.
