What is the delivery cut-off?
All orders placed before 4.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.
How do I send my prescription?
During checkout, you will be able to select a prescriber, and an electronic prescription will be generated using SignatureRX for your Prescriber to sign.
Original copy must be sent to the pharmacy, if a copy has been sent to our website or email the original prescription needs to be submitted before 72 hours has passed
Which currencies are accepted?
We are a UK registered company and all transactions are in GBP (British pound sterling £).
Are remote consultations prescriptions accepted
No, we strictly obide by the rules and regulations put in place by the GPhC and as per regulations all consultations need to be done Face-to-Face by a registered prescriber and a note made on the prescription by the prescriber stating a Face-to-Face consultation was conducted.
Does a weight loss prescription need to include the BMI (Body Mass Index) to be accepted?
Yes, it needs to be a Face-to-Face consultation with the prescriber where the Age (over 18), BMI and past medical history will be checked and assessed. The Age and BMI need to be on the prescription along with the prescriber stating a Face-to-Face consultation has been conducted.
