WHAT IS NAD+ AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme essential for life. It helps convert
food into energy, repairs damaged DNA, and regulates key cellular functions like metabolism
and aging. As we get older, NAD+ levels naturally decline, which is linked to fatigue, slower
recovery, reduced cognitive function, and increased signs of aging.
Raising NAD+ levels in the body may support better energy, sharper mental focus, improved
cellular repair, and overall healthier aging. It also activates enzymes that protect cells from
stress and promote longevity.

● People with autoimmune diseases

POTENTIAL SIDE EFFECTS
NAD+ supplements (and their boosters like NMN and NR) are generally well-tolerated,
especially at typical doses. However, some people may experience mild side effects, including:
● Nausea
● Fatigue
● Headache
● Digestive discomfort (such as bloating, diarrhoea, or stomach cramps)
● Flushing (a warm, red feeling, especially at high doses; more common with nicotinamide
forms)
These side effects are usually mild and often disappear as the body adjusts. If you are
experiencing any adverse effects, stop taking NAD+ and contact your local healthcare provider.
Recommended Dosages – Intra-Muscular (IM)
* 25-50mg starting dose
* Increase in 25mg increments if client can tolerate
* Max IM dose is 100mg
* Max weekly dose is 200mg
* Total weekly dose of both IM and IV is 500mg
Recommended Dosages – IV
•35 drops per minute
•start with 25mg
•Max dose is 250mg per infusion
•max weekly dose is 500mg, so 2 x 250mg infusion
* max 1000mg monthly, so 4 x 250mg infusion over the month
Storage
Store the vial in a refrigerator (2–8°C) at all times, including after opening. Use within 30 days of first opening
